Very Personal Words Experienced by One Sheep Through a Year. October 9
October 9
SHEEP: I asked the Lord what He had for me this:– I heard Zechariah 3. He then spoke to me these words:
He is :Overwhelming, Almighty, Conquering King of our lives – NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE with Him! I live absolutely because of what He has done for me on Calvary. In Him I can do all things.. In my weakness, He is strong.
I turned to Zechariah, which is the vision of the High Priest.
The Lord Himself showed Zechariah the vision; not the interpreting angel. The essence of the vision is the cleansing of the Priest and the land. There was religious and moral iniquity.

Vision of the High Priest
Then he showed me Joshua the high priest standing before the Angel of the LORD, and Satan standing at his right hand to oppose him. 2 And the LORD said to Satan, "The LORD rebuke you, Satan! The LORD who has chosen Jerusalem rebuke you! Is this not a brand plucked from the fire?" 3 Now Joshua was clothed with filthy garments, and was standing before the Angel.
Then He answered and spoke to those who stood before Him, saying, "Take away the filthy garments from him." And to him He said, "See, I have removed your iniquity from you, and I will clothe you with rich robes." And I said, "Let them put a clean turban on his head." So they put a clean turban on his head, and they put the clothes on him. And the Angel of the LORD stood by.
Then the Angel of the LORD admonished Joshua, saying, 7 "Thus says the LORD of hosts:
If you will walk in My ways,
And if you will keep My command,
Then you shall also judge My house,
And likewise have charge of My courts;
I will give you places to walk
Among these who stand here.
8 ‘ Hear, O Joshua, the high priest,
You and your companions who sit before you,
For they are a wondrous sign;
For behold, I am bringing forth My Servant the BRANCH.
9 For behold, the stone
That I have laid before Joshua:
Upon the stone are seven eyes.
Behold, I will engrave its inscription,'
Says the LORD of hosts,
And I will remove the iniquity of that land in one day. In that day,' says the LORD of hosts, Everyone will invite his neighbor under his vine and under his fig tree."
SHEEP: The vision is of the cleansing of the Priest and the Land because of religious and moral iniquity. The cleansing of Joshua is symbolic of the people. It takes place through God's Servant, the Branch, a type of Christ.
We are to believe and accept that God forgives the sins of all who repent and return to Him. We are to be clothed with His Righteousness. This is to be done through His Holy Spirit.
The phrase "a wondrous sign" or "wondrous" was used in Exodus 4:21 where God mentions the "wonders" Moses used to perform before Pharaoh. It is translated "miracles" in Ex. 7:9 – "sign" in 2 Chr. 32:24 – "wonder" in Psalm 105:27.
Could this passage be speaking to us today? We are vessels through which Christ is seen? To Him belongs all glory! God search our hearts. You are the reason for "our being" the vessel you have created us to be. Fulfill Your purposes for us. Cleanse our hearts of whatever may be standing in the way of You being seen – even in the miraculous!
October 10GOD'S WORD: John 16:14 "The Spirit shall glorify me"
SHEEP: means the Spirit would reveal Himself to us
The Lord earnestly desires for us that the glory of Jesus be in our hearts. Our place is to have fellowship with Him, keep His Commandments and do all this in His Name. Then we can count on the secret but powerful working of the Spirit within us.
Remember, meditate on Ephesians 5:22-23. The Holy Spirit will bring the fruit to ripen in us. The great desire of the Holy Spirit and the Father is that Christ may be glorified in and through us.
